Because every notebook is custom-made to order, we don't accept generic returns or cancellations once production has begun. However, we 100% stand behind our craftsmanship:

  • Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery โ€” we'll send a free replacement.
  • Printing defect? Same โ€” free replacement, photo proof.
  • Personalization error on our end? Free replacement, no questions asked.
  • Lost in shipping? We'll work with the carrier and replace if confirmed lost.
  • Cancellation before production starts? Email us within 2-3 hours of placing the order.

Digital downloads (PDFs) are non-refundable due to instant delivery. If you have an issue with the file (corrupted, missing pages), email us and we'll fix it.

For any quality issue, email hello@keepergoods.com with your order number and photos. We respond within 24 hours.
