Standard products ship from our production partner within 5-7 business days of order. Each notebook is made to order.

• International: 7-21 business days typical

SHIPPING COSTS

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We pass on our production partner's actual rates — no markup.

TRACKING

You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking after 10 business days, email hello@keepergoods.com.

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment. No shipping required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country. We're not able to mark packages as gifts or under-declare values.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refused delivery, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. Contact us before refusing delivery — we'll work with you.
